Prerequisites
You are on the Maintain Applicant Activities screen.
Procedure
- Select the desired activity, and choose Edit ® Change activity.
- Choose Yes.
- Choose Transfer.
- Save your entries.
The Create Planned Activity dialog box appears.
Choose Undo changes.
The Delete Letter dialog box appears.
The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.
Result
The standard letter to the applicant for the planned activity is retrieved.
